Class materials are available on both CDs (or USB sticks) handed out 
in class, and on the Web.  The two forms are equivalent, except that 
the Web version does not include Python installers (fetch these from 
python.org) or ebook copies (these are in CD and USB formats only), 
and naturally requires Internet access to view.  See README.txt here
